You have to prepare well if you want to write effective copy, and one way to do that is through market research. Do not forget that when you are learning how to write copy, you must think about the overall visual effect with the formatting. They want short paragraphs and lots of white space, but besides that, you should also use bullet points that point out the important stuff. Try to be creative about how you post your bullet points within the copy be it on your site or in a sales letter. If you want to make the greatest impact, then be sure your copy readers are able to read the best points, first.

Only bullet those points that you think are necessary to be highlighted, but creating a bullet point for every other point that you come across in your copy will defeat the purpose.
